Best Western Pohang Hotel to Open on the 1st of Next Month

(Pohang = Yonhap News) — Best Western, a global hotel brand, will open a new hotel at Yeongildae Beach in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province, on the 1st of next month. The Best Western Pohang Hotel consists of three basement levels and 16 floors above ground, with 160 guest rooms, including 20 suites. All rooms offer views of the sunrise over the East Sea, and the hotel features various amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, and outdoor garden. The hotel plans to actively promote Pohang in major cities and develop tourism packages in cooperation with travel agencies, including programs centered on golf, marine leisure activities, and local cuisine. Pohang City expects the hotel to become a major accommodation facility where business travelers as well as tourists can stay while visiting the city.
