STS Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as STS) announced that it will open the "Living Power Center Incheon Nonhyeon Branch," Korea’s first and largest specialty living mall brand dedicated to home appliances and furniture, on Friday, October 31. Building on the successful track record and stable operation of the first branch, "Living Power Center Giheung" since its opening in 2020, this second project is expected to establish itself as the premier specialty living complex in the southwestern metropolitan area. Located at 650-1 Nonhyeon-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Living Power Center Incheon Nonhyeon Branch will be developed as an urban-style model with a total gross floor area of approximately 19,280 square meters (about 6,000 pyeong). Spanning from the 1st to the 3rd floor above ground, the space will host brands covering the entire spectrum of home furnishings—including designer furniture, mattresses, beds, sofas, and dining tables. The 3rd floor will feature stay-and-dine F&B facilities such as restaurants and cafes, creating a multi-functional space where customers can enjoy both shopping and relaxation. The center boasts exceptional accessibility, located just a three-minute walk from Incheon Nonhyeon Station. It benefits from a stable surrounding demand base thanks to the nearby Namdong Industrial Complex and large-scale residential developments (including the Nonhyeon and Hanwha districts). Supported by this location, the Incheon Nonhyeon commercial district has grown in recent years into a vibrant complex business district driven by both Namdong Industrial Complex workers and transit foot traffic. Leveraging these regional conditions, STS plans to develop the Incheon Nonhyeon Branch beyond a simple commercial facility into an urban living hub where daily life, culture, and retail coexist. Even within an area surrounded by diverse retail facilities such as department stores, outlets, and hypermarkets, Living Power Center Incheon Nonhyeon Branch sets itself apart as the region’s only specialist mall combining home appliances and furniture. Amid the rapid growth of the home furnishing market driven by the rise in single-person households and increasing home remodeling, STS plans to offer a fresh living retail experience tailored to evolving interior trends—such as modular furniture, eco-friendly materials, and warm, minimal space designs. STS previously pioneered a new market niche with its first Giheung branch as "Korea’s largest home appliance and furniture specialist mall." The Incheon Nonhyeon Branch represents an evolved urban model based on that success. It is expected to lead everyday living culture grounded in win-win growth with the local community, expanding into a new living platform that integrates home furnishing, F&B, and culture. Kim Seong-dae, General Manager of Living Power Center, stated, "Living Power Center Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is an urban home furnishing complex built on the operational know-how gained from the Giheung branch. We will fill a gap in the local retail market and establish brand value as a new living space aligned with changing consumer lifestyles." Meanwhile, to celebrate the grand opening, Living Power Center Incheon Nonhyeon Branch will host various customer participation events, including a giveaway raffle worth 100 million KRW in total prizes, lucky draws, and lucky box events.
